Sony Adds God Of War, Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, More To PlayStation Hits
BOY, how much does God of War cost? It'll soon be $19.99, thanks to a new round of PlayStation 4 games being added to Sony's PlayStation Hits catalog. Along with God of War, six other popular PS4 titles are joining PlayStation Hits, which means they'll be priced at $20 — both physically and digitally — going forward.
Here's what's new in PlayStation Hits starting Oct. 4:
- God of War
- Uncharted: The Lost Legacy
- Watch Dogs
- Far Cry 4
- The Crew
- Rayman Legends
- Gran Turismo Sport
It's actually kind of unbelievable that you'll be able to pick these games up for a mere $20. We can't say enough good things about God of War, for example. It earned every award it raked in last year. And Uncharted: The Lost Legacy was a fine standalone expansion for Uncharted 4. It was more Uncharted when we were really in the mood for more Uncharted. Watch Dogs caught some flack when it released but is still worth checking out, if only to see how it influenced the much-better Watch Dogs 2. Far Cry 4 may even be better than Far Cry 5, depending on who you ask. Rayman Legends is a fantastic platformer that — in all honesty — deserved to reach this list a whole lot sooner. And Gran Turismo Sport was built for fans of racing sims. There aren't many good ones left on PS4.
Oh, and The Crew! That is also a video game.
These join a very impressive lineup that includes games like Bloodborne, The Last of Us Remastered, Uncharted 4, Horizon: Zero Dawn, Persona 5, and more. All for $20 each. There may be no better value in gaming right now than to buy a PlayStation 4 Slim and spend $100 on PlayStation Hits titles. They're some of the best games of the generation, and from Oct. 4 forward, even more of them are cheap.
We'll be sure to update should more games be added to PS Hits.
