Jurassic World Evolution Gets Nostalgic In Return To Jurassic Park DLC

Frontier Developments has revealed the latest DLC coming to Jurassic World Evolution, their popular park builder inspired by the hit film franchise.

The Return to Jurassic Park DLC promises to deliver on the nostalgia of the original Jurassic Park movie. Players will have the option to incorporate dinosaurs, locations, buildings, and other content inspired by the first film into their parks. The story will unfold on the islands of Isla Nublar and Isla Sorna. Additionally, new story missions will feature Dr. Alan Grant, Ellie Satler, and Ian Malcolm. Original actors Sam Neill, Laura Dern, and Jeff Goldblum will provide the voices for their respective roles.

"Following the events of the iconic 1993 film, you are invited to return to the island where it all started," reads the official description. "Reclaim the park from the dinosaurs, rebuild beloved locations, and overcome brand new challenges guided by Dr. Alan Grant, Dr. Ellie Sattler, and Dr. Ian Malcolm in an original narrative voiced by the film cast."

As one of pop culture's most beloved films, Frontier Developments' decision to create a Jurassic Park-centered DLC does not come as a surprise. The Announcement Trailer's comment section has already filled with approving remarks from excited fans eager to relive one of their favorite stories. Based on the video, the DLC will include a hefty amount of new content peppered with references to the blockbuster. You can expect to see new buildings, several classic dinosaur skins, and two new dinosaurs: the speedy Compsognathus and the winged Pteranodon.
