SVG fingered Bandai Namco's Code Vein as the next big RPG and the post-apocalyptic dystopian vampire hybrid did not disappoint following its release at the end of May. The game, described by many as "anime meets Dark Souls," has maintained a 9/10 or Very Positive rating on Steam. At $41.99, it's well worth the investment.
These deals follow in the wake of the removal of nearly a thousands games from Steam earlier today. Though Valve has provided little information about the move, the decision may stem from the influx of fake games designed to pad achievement scores. Russian publisher Dagestan Technology seems to be the biggest perpetrator, though several other publishers and developers had their games removed for "abusing some Steamworks tools."
