Dishonored 2 Adds New Game Plus Mode For Free

A free update for Dishonored 2 is now available for download, adding a New Game Plus mode that allows players to mix-and-match Corvo and Emily's powers.

Bethesda has made the update available for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One, giving players a chance to use whatever Bonecharm traits and runes that they've acquired in the first playthrough. You can be sure that this new game mode will let you show off your creativity as an assassin since it lets you use both Corvo and Emily's powers, no matter which character you might be piloting.

Chris Pereira of GameSpot reports that another update is coming down the chute that will give players access to previously-played levels with custom difficulties. This also seems like a feature that should have shipped with the game at launch, but we're happy to be getting it. We're glad that Bethesda is rolling out features we want, but we also just want them to release The Elder Scrolls 6 already, though we won't hold our breaths.
