A New SteamWorld Game Is Set To Drop In 2017

Developer Image & Form Games has revealed that it's working on a new SteamWorld game.

Oscar Dayus of GameSpot reported that the developer, known for its work on games like SteamWorld Dig and SteamWorld Heist, has confirmed a 2017 release for the next game in the series. The new title is currently being called SteamWorld Project 2017 and we can expect to find out more about it at PAX East, which takes place in Boston during the weekend of March 10-12. This new project is just part of Image & Form's 20th anniversary celebration, which includes more SteamWorld Ambassador Challenges, a sale on previous games across all platforms, and a SteamWorld Collection giveaway.
