Jeff has been a writer on pop culture topics for around 14 years, starting with contributions in various Pop Culture and Philosophy books (Terminator, Jurassic Park, Frankenstein, etc.) before co-editing Alien and Philosophy and Stranger Things and Philosophy. He currently writes for Looper and /Film, with prior writings in Forbes, Shudder's THE BITE, and in university press texts and textbooks. Jeff is also a story expert and screenwriter with a background in script coverage for festivals like the Austin Film Festival.

Education

Jeff has a Master's in Sociology from the University of Oregon, with a focus on theory; he has a Bachelor's in Philosophy from Eastern Washington University.
