Red Dead Redemption Myths That Turned Out to Be True

Aliens
While aliens have already been spotted in Rockstar’s “Grand Theft Auto” series, rumors of extraterrestrial visitors in “Red Dead Redemption 2” began spreading on Twitter. Although Rockstar hasn’t commented on any otherworldly travelers in the “Red Dead Redemption” series, some players have uploaded several videos of compelling evidence of UFOs found in the game.
Ghost Train
Not long after the release of “Red Dead Redemption 2,” fans began reporting sightings of a ghostly train, which turned out to be real and simple to find. Players can see the spectral locomotive by waiting at the Lemoyne welcome sign at 3 a.m, where they will hear its phantom whistle and catch a glimpse of the ghost train.
Vampires
Similar in appearance to the “Nosferatu” vampire with a bald head and pointed ears, this bloodsucker stalks the good people of Saint Denis. Players can hunt down the vampire by finding the five pieces of mysterious writings scattered around the city, after which they can discover the creature of the night feeding on a victim.
Man-made Mutant
Tucked away in an abandoned mansion in New Hanover, players will discover a creature stitched together from other animal parts hung on a wall. Some have suggested that this makeshift Dr. Frankenstein lab belongs to Thomas Downes, due to the stacks of pamphlets for The Charitable Organization Society of New Hanover on a nearby table.
The Devil?
The myth that the Devil himself lives in West Elizabeth has some truth behind it, as players can find a hermit with a horn-like hairdo living in a cave in the Hidden Tunnel northwest of Pronghorn Ranch. While this old man speaks as if he is centuries old and complains about the modern era, the hermit isn’t actually the Devil — he just wants to be.
