Players get placed in a massive, interconnected open map, mixing real-time combat with turn-based battles. Its best draws are superb visuals and a moving story.
This “The Legend of Heroes” entry continues the tale of Lloyd Bannings and the Special Support Section protecting Crossbel, and fans of plot-heavy games will love it.
A group investigates curses in the visual novel-style “Paranormasight: The Seven Mysteries of Honjo,” which has been praised for its characters and lo-fi look.
“Dead Cells: Return to Castlevania” sees a gothic hero travel through dungeons and face monsters, including a challenging mission which involves defeating Dracula.
This remake captures what made the original game compelling, but overhauls its mechanics. The expanded maps and improved gunplay make this the best version of RE4.
