The Rest Of The Walking Dead Is Now On Switch

When it comes to games that are tailor made for the Nintendo Switch, Telltale's episodic adventures are right at the top. Telltale titles aren't typically graphically intensive, and they don't often require precision controls. They're a match made in heaven for the Nintendo Switch, especially in portable mode.

On the Walking Dead side, only two of the four mainline seasons have been available on Switch thus far — the first and the last.

Fortunately, that changed today.

The Walking Dead: Season 2 and The Walking Dead: A New Frontier are now being sold on the Nintendo Switch eShop for the very first time. This finally makes it possible to take every single season of The Walking Dead with you, enabling you to hand your Switch off to a friend so they can experience the gripping stories for themselves.

We've traveled quite a bit with the Switch, and have played a number of titles to see which are right at home on a flight or a metro ride. We can safely say The Walking Dead games are just the right blend of passive entertainment and input, and now that every season is available, you can buy up about 30-40 hours of gaming and always feel like you have something to fill the time.

Both The Walking Dead: Season 2 and The Walking Dead: A New Frontier can be had for just $14.99 each. We have a feeling, though that we'll probably see a larger collection released at some point that combines the whole series at a lower cost. If you don't own any other Walking Dead games, you might want to hold out for something like that. Otherwise, hop to it!

It looks like it's going to be a pretty phenomenal year for Nintendo Switch owners. Now — can we get some of those other ports we asked for?
