Blizzard is bringing back countless major and minor characters from past expansions. Considering that World of Warcraft: Shadowlands is set in the realm of the departed, it's no surprise that many of the older characters are making a reappearance.

Where to find Lady Vashj
Lady Vashj can be found serving the House of Eyes in Maldraxxus. She is one of the most exciting character returns in the World of Warcraft: Shadowlands expansion. Lady Vashj has had a lengthy and prominent role in the history of Azeroth. In Warcraft 3, she joins forces with Illidan Stormrage, more suitably known as "The Betrayer," in a quest to destroy the Lich King. She also appeared in World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade when the adventurers invaded Serpenshrine Cavern — her final moments as a living humanoid.
In death, Lady Vashj transformed into Baroness Vashj. She chose to remain a naga because it was the only point in her life that she was recognized for her intelligence and her fortitude, rather than being valued for her beauty as a night elf. Baroness Vashj now plays a sizeable role in World of Warcraft: Shadowlands – pledging her allegiance to the Maw Walker.
