Fortnite Season 10 Week 6 Battle Star Location

Fortnite Season 10 Week 6 has already arrived, ushering in a new set of limited time challenges and another hidden Battle Star to hunt down.

For anyone just tuning in, Epic Games has hidden the locations of free Battle Stars within loading screens that unlock after completing three of that week's limited time challenges. Each time you collect one of the hidden Battle Stars you'll receive a free Battle Pass tier, making this an ideal method for progressing through the ranks.

Unlock the week 6 loading screen by completing three of the following challenges from The Return mission set before Thursday, September 12:

  • Sniper rifle eliminations (0/1)
  • Outlast opponents in solos or duos mode (0/150)
  • Deal damage with scoped weapons to opponents (0/500)
  • Search ammo boxes at Fatal Fields or Lonely Lodge (0/7)
  • Use different throwable items in a single match (0/2)
  • Land on top of a floating island and a meteor (0/2)
  • Visit Loot Lake and Sunny Steps in the same match (0/2)

The week 6 loading screen shows the Floating Island approaching a pond in Fatal Fields. The encroaching storm, farm houses, and flying debris evoke the tornado sequence during The Wizard of Oz. Unlike previous screens containing coordinates or cryptic images, this week's screen shows the Battle Star symbol hovering above the small pier jutting over the water. To claim the Battle Star, head to the pond in the southern portion of Fatal Fields. As the clue indicated, you can collect your prize by walking onto the pier. It should pop up near the chair and cooler.

Like the previous weeks, you cannot claim the Fortnite Season 10 Week 6 Battle Star until the third daily challenge unlocks on Saturday, September 7. Climbing the Battle Pass tiers has become harder over the years so snagging each week's free Battle Star is worth the effort.
