Streamers Who Can't Stand xQc
If you've been a streaming fan for any length of time, then you probably know xQc. He started his streaming career on Twitch and became known for playing "Fortnite," gambling huge sums of money, and sharing his opinions no matter how divisive they might be. After Twitch banned gambling, xQc moved to Kick, and despite the drastic change, his community stuck with him.
The platform change wasn't the first time that xQc's fans stood by his side through serious turmoil. Although xQc got himself banned from Twitch on many occasions, his fans never abandoned him. Most of them realize that xQc has a shady side, but they still don't understand why xQc and his fanbase take so much heat online from other streamers and fan communities.
His fans might not understand why there's so much animosity toward xQc, but we do. Streamer drama is unavoidable, but xQc has found himself embroiled in a genuinely shocking amount of controversies. The disagreements aren't always started by xQc himself, but after years of him being boisterous and combative, there are plenty of streamers in the industry who simply can't stand xQc.
Ninja
It's been years since Ninja's heyday, but the "Fortnite" streamer is still one of the most recognizable faces in the industry. Ninja has thousands of adoring fans, and all of them were soured on xQc after a feud between the streamers sent Ninja into a rage on Twitter.
The fight centered around charity streams, which Ninja did on a regular basis. On his own stream, xQc told viewers that most streamers get paid to help with charities and seemingly questioned the integrity of streamers who participate in them. Those comments started making the rounds online, and Ninja's wife, Jessica Blevins, decided to throw in her two cents. "[xQc] always has some trash to say," she wrote on X, adding, "I've literally never heard of a single streamer getting paid to raise money." In his response, xQc attacked Blevins by saying that no one asked for her opinion on the matter and claiming that she was too rich and out of touch to understand the issue.
Other streamers also started commenting on the situation. Some backed up xQc while others called for xQc and Ninja to face off and settle the issue in a game. Ninja clapped back at some of the posters, but eventually the internet's short attention span took over and the drama fizzled out. You won't see Ninja and xQc hanging out together anytime soon, and xQc's detractors see this as another example of him stirring up unnecessary drama.
HasanAbi
The HasanAbi and xQc feud dates back to 2022, when the streamers found themselves at odds on a handful of small issues. The internet drama stacked up over time, and those small differences transformed into an ongoing animosity between the two streamers.
It seemingly all started when xQc made a tier list video ranking Twitch streamers, putting HasanAbi in the B tier. Instead of taking the ranking in stride, HasanAbi clapped back in a post, writing, "xQc probably ranked be a B list streamer because I won't f****** have him on when a trending political thing is happening where he has to act like he cares to farm the last ounce of the Twitch directory before he goes back to promoting crypto gambling to teens for multiple millions."
xQc responded to HasanAbi's comments on his own stream, saying, "I wouldn't do this to my friends or my acquaintances and treat them like this. I think this is kind of dog s***." Maybe the two could have buried the hatchet, but later that year xQc pulled out of QTCinderella's "S***camp" event at the last minute. HasanAbi called xQc out for treating other streamers disrespectfully, and though he later walked back those comments after learning xQc was going through a tough breakup, their enmity was solidified. To this day, xQc and HasanAbi take shots at each other whenever there's an opportunity: HasanAbi has slammed xQc to his fans on stream, and xQc has helped spread rumors that HasanAbi uses a shock collar on his dog. These two won't be burying the hatchet anytime soon.
Ethan Klein
In 2023, xQc found himself at the center of a streaming controversy and the start of a new streamer feud. People all across the internet were calling xQc out for his reaction videos and streams. At the time xQc would spend hours on his own stream, watching videos from other content creators and adding his own commentary. Many people felt like xQc was essentially stealing views from the videos he watched, and some argued that he wasn't really adding anything substantial via his reactions.
"H3 Podcast" host and longtime internet creator Ethan Klein invited xQc on his show to discuss the issue. Klein was known for having lengthy, in-depth discussions on hot button issues that added all sorts of nuance for viewers, but this interview wasn't that. The conversation began with Klein and xQc debating the merit of reaction content, but it didn't take long for the conversation to devolve into a series of personal attacks.
When xQc tried to turn the conversation toward Klein's wife and her merch sale business, Klein decided to end the discussion early. "How long do you want me to sit here and listen to you, watch you crawl around on the ground like a worm?" Klein said in an explosive outburst on the episode. "Unlike you, I actually f****** organize and put work into my show." The two of them didn't manage to settle their differences or their initial debate, and xQc hasn't been invited back on the show since.
Pokimane
The animosity between Pokimane and xQc is wrapped up in the conversation around gambling streams. For years xQc and other streamers would gamble and play in online casinos on their streams. Fans loved watching the action, and the streamers loved the viewership and casino sponsorships. Some streamers felt uncomfortable about gambling taking place on their favorite platforms, however, and Pokimane was one of them.
Pokimane specifically called out xQc and a handful of other popular gambling streamers in 2021. Her critique was less about the activity itself and more about how xQc helped promote gambling websites that she thought were untrustworthy. From there the debate over gambling on Twitch only grew, until the company itself stepped in and banned gambling altogether in 2022. That ban really split the streaming community, and it seems like xQc still feels some resentment toward Pokimane for her part in it.
Years after the gambling ban, Pokimane made a post reminiscing about the days when Twitch streaming was more about gaming than drama, which fired up xQc. "Miss me with that energy. Walk the walk," he wrote on X in response, claiming that Pokimane had farmed him for engagement during the gambling debate, which helped turn Twitch into a drama farm. In another post, xQc wrote, "We ended up so divided that Kick had to be made, which even though it created competition, divided us even more. Want streaming to be more about games? Play games." Pokimane didn't respond to keep the debate going, but clearly these two will never see eye to eye.
Adept
Over the years xQc has been embroiled in his fair share of streamer drama, but all of his other feuds pale in comparison to his relationship with fellow content creator Adept. For years the two of them tried to keep their romance private, with fans heavily invested in finding out the truth. Both of their communities were elated when they learned the two of them were dating, but then xQc and Adept went through one of the ugliest streamer breakups of all time, fracturing fanbases, causing years of turmoil, and even leading to a lawsuit.
The two had an on-again off-again relationship, and every time they broke up, new drama was stirred up. Some fans accused xQc of being abusive toward Adept, but for a while she defended him. Then in 2022, arguing that the two of them had been common-law married, Adept filed for divorce and kicked off years of legal battles between herself and xQc. Adept made disturbing allegation against xQc, going back on her defense of her ex and saying that he had been abusive toward her.
A lawsuit Adept filed against xQc in Texas was thrown out, but in late 2024, she filed another one in California. The legal battles have sometimes prevented the streamers from talking publicly about the details of their relationship, and between that confusion and the internet's rumor fan, it could be years before fans know the full truth.

Kai Cenat
After more than a decade of streaming, xQc has had time to start feuds with multiple generations of Twitch stars. He doesn't get along with Ninja, one of Twitch's earliest mainstream streamers, but he also doesn't see eye to eye with Kai Cenat, one of the fastest growing streamers in recent years. When Cenat was just reaching the height of his popularity, xQc made posts attacking Cenat's friends in the AMP content group, accusing them of viewbotting and treating other big streamers disrespectfully. Those accusations didn't sit right with Cenat, who said that he never wants anything to do with xQc.
Years after the beef started, xQc expressed some genuine regret about how he handled his relationship with Cenat. In a 2026 interview with Dexerto, xQc downplayed his AMP comments and said that they were taken out of context and distorted by people online. "It was interesting, because I saw what I said in real time look like something else. I saw myself become an enemy that I would worry about if I was him," xQc said. Despite not intending to insult Cenat and his friend, xQc realizes what he did and feels bad about it. "I was like, 'I don't wanna be that.' I felt really bad. It's like a bridge you burn that you don't wanna burn."
